INGREDIENTS
1 lb chicken breast – skinned and de-boned, cut into ¾” cubes
10 scallions – cut ¾” pieces
1 cup Aloha Regular Soy Sauce or Aloha Lower Salt Soy Sauce 
½ cup sake (Japanese rice wine)
3 tablespoons Mirin (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger – grated

PROCEDURE
Mix ALOHA SHOYU Soy Sauce, sake, Mirin and ginger in large bowl. Marinate chicken pieces w/ mixture for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. If using wooden skewers, presoak skewers in water for about 1 hour. Arrange chicken with scallions on to skewers. Grill until chicken is done.

NGREDIENTS
1 pork loin (3 pounds), fat trimmed off

Marinade:
1 cup Aloha Shoyu Regular Soy Sauce or Aloha Shoyu Lower Sodium Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ cup sherry

Crust:
1 ½ cups flour
4 whole eggs, beaten
3 cups panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped
½ cup almonds, chopped
PROCEDURE
Combine all marinade ingredients and massage into pork for 8 to 10 minutes. Let pork marinate 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Remove pork and blot off excess marinade. Roll the pork in the flour and then in the beaten eggs. Roll the pork into the panko and nut mixture, pressing the bread crumb mixture firmly onto the meat.

Place the crusted pork in a roasting pan (no rack) and roast in a 325 degrees preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until interior temperature reaches 180 degrees on meat thermometer.

INGREDIENTS
3 c Aloha Teriyaki Glaze
1/4 c green onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
3 T pure sesame oil
2 T fresh ginger, crushed
4 lbs shortribs

PROCEDURE
Combine first five ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place shortribs in a deep dish or pot. Pour mixture over ribs and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Grill over barbeque or pan-sear on stovetop until desired doneness is achieved.

Serves 4 -6

INGREDIENTS
5 lbs. pork spareribs or pork shoulder
2 cups beef broth of beef stock
1 cup your favorite Aloha Teriyaki Glaze
½ cup Aloha White Vinegar
1 cup diced pineapple
½ cup diced red bell pepper

PROCEDURE
Cut pork into 1 inch cubes and sear in a medium sized pot. Deglaze with stock, vinegar and Aloha Teriyaki Glaze, simmer until port is tender. Add pineapple and pepper, continue to simmer until pineapple and pepper are tender.

Yield: 6 dozen meatballs

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 eggs – beaten
2 tablespoon flour
1 ½  teaspoon salt
Ground pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ cup sugar
1/3 cup Aloha Shoyu Regular Soy Sauce or Aloha Shoyu Lower Salt Soy Sauce 
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
¼ cup sake (Japanese rice wine)
1 ½ Teaspoon minced ginger root
1 ½ Teaspoon minced garlic

PROCEDURE
Preheat oven to 400 °. Combine ground beef, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix and shape into small balls about 3/4 to 1 inch in diameter. Place meatballsin a greased baking pan and bake for 14 to 17 minutes. In a skillet, mix the cornstarch with sugar and Aloha Shoyu Soy Sauce. Stir in beef broth, sake, ginger, and garlic. Cook until mixture thickens slightly, stirring constantly. Combine mixture and cooked meatballs in a serving dish

Yield: (dependent on size of burgers)

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef or pork
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 Tablespoon watercress – chopped
2 cloves garlic – minced
1 ½ Teaspoon ginger – minced
1 ½ Tablespoon Aloha Regular Soy Sauce or Aloha Lower Salt Soy Sauce 
3 Tablespoon hoisin sauce (an oriental cooking sauce made w/ soy beans and spices, found in most supermarkets)
1 small onion – sliced
cilantro sprigs (Chinese parsley)
bean sprouts

PROCEDURE
Pre-heat grill. Mix pork/beef, breadcrumbs, egg, watercress, garlic, ginger and Aloha Shoyu soy sauce together. Form meat mixture into patties (size according to your preference). Grill and then top with hoisin sauce, onion slices, cilantro and bean sprouts.

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ pound flank steak – trimmed

Marinade:
1 lemon – juiced
¾ cup Aloha Shoyu Regular Soy Sauce or Aloha Shoyu Lower Salt Soy Sauce 
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ garlic cloves, sliced
black pepper – to taste
1 green onion – chopped
1/8 cup Dill weed – chopped (optional)
½ teaspoon Celery seed

PROCEDURE
Mix all marinade ingredients in a large roasting pan. Place steak in same pan and marinatefor about 2 hours (up to 12 hours) in the refrigerator. Grill marinated steak over medium high heat. Length of grill-time is dependant on your taste (about 5 minutes per side for rare). Slice meat on the diagonal across the grain and serve.

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. thin sliced short ribs

Marinade:
1 cup Aloha Shoyu Regular Soy Sauce or Aloha Shoyu Lower Salt Soy Sauce 
1 cup Sesame Seed Oil
1cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon green onions
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

PROCEDURE
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl, stirring until the brown sugar is dissolved.  Place ribs in pan and pour marinade mixture over them.  Marinate at least 4 hours and up to overnight.  Grill ribs over a charcoal fire or broil.
